Oh, what a ride I have had. I started Lemme Eat Gluten Free over 10 years ago as an online grocery store to bring taste-tested and approved gluten free products right to your door. There was more of a need for great tasting gluten free bakery items and with the prompting of several customers, Lemme Eat Gluten Free Store became Lemme Eat Gluten Free Bakery. For almost eight years I have made fresh made-to-order gluten free goodies for my wonderful customers. Unfortunately, this chapter of my life has come to a close. More on that later. When announcing the closing of my bakery several customers inquired about my recipes. I had not considered compiling my recipes for outside use. However, I am not one to shy away from a new adventure. Please stay tuned for more updates for access to my recipes. I will post updates on my social media. Lemme Eat Gluten Free’s goal was to make goodies that were not just "good for gluten free" but GREAT, regardless! I wanted you to be able to serve my desserts next to a "regular" dessert and have your guests not only be unable to tell the difference but to prefer my desserts over the other. I hope that my recipes and tips will help you achieve this too!
To get personal, I am having hand surgery in January 2023 which will require many months of recovery. I have decided that this is the perfect time to close this chapter to be able to concentrate on healing and to spend more time with my family and friends.
It has been a wonderful ride assisting the gluten-free community. I am grateful that so many other gluten free bakeries have opened allowing me to leave you in good hands.
