ingredient list

We use these ingredients in most of our homemade goodies:

Arrowroot starch, brown rice flour, eggs, evaporated cane sugar, guar gum, honey, inulin, millet flour, molasses, potato starch, rice bran, salt, sea salt, sorghum flour, sugar, sweet rice flour, sweet white rice flour, tapioca flour and/or starch, white rice flour, whole gran brown rice flour, whole grain sweet rice flour, xanthan gum

our items also may include:

Baking powder (contains corn), baking soda, brown sugar, butter, butter flavoring, canola oil, cocoa,   coconut milk, cornstarch, food coloring (contains corn), lemon juice, maple syrup, milk,  pan release spray (contains soy),  pecans, peanut butter (contains soy), pie fillings (contains corn), powdered sugar (contains corn starch), rice milk, shortening (soy-based), vanilla extract, various flavors and extracts depending on the order, various spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, etc. 


Allergen information

Please note that we use many different ingredients in our kitchen. However, when you request a certain substitution or omission,  we do our best to make sure your order is as safe as possible.


If you have a specific allergy, please inquire about arrangements. We are able to make some of our items free of egg, dairy, and nuts. Some recipe adjustments may require price adjustments. Please note that eggs, milk, nuts, or soy are used in some if not all of our items. We cannot accommodate corn and or soy allergies. We try to be as careful as possible but we are not responsible for any reaction you may have.


Please note that our flour is processed in the same facility as nuts.
